Return Policy

When the returned products arrive in our warehouses and are checked, you will receive an e-mail with the status of your application (approved/rejected).

If your application is approved, we will refund the amount paid on the card used or by another method within a few days.

Regarding the orders for which you paid for the delivery, if you do not want them, please send them to our head office. When we receive the items, we will send you a confirmation email and refund the amount paid within 14-20 business days.

 

Product Return Policy

Return of the product

The return period is 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.

If more than 30 days have passed since we received your order, we will not be able to refund the amount paid or replace the product.

To be returned, the product must not have been used and must be in the same condition in which you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging!

In order to refund the amount paid to you, we will need proof of payment - a bill of lading.

Please do not send the product to the manufacturer.

 

Refund (as applicable)

As soon as the product arrives and is inspected, we will send you an e-mail notification.

We will also send you a notification of whether your return request has been approved or rejected.

If it has been approved, we will initiate a refund procedure, which will be paid to your credit card within a few days.  

For cases of payment upon delivery:

If you no longer want the items you purchased and want to return them, please follow the steps below:

1.Send an email to support@muchenworld.shop: your name, order number (eg MCW1234), the reason for the return, and the bank account to which the amount will be refunded.

2.Send the products to a courier office. (We will tell you the email address).  You can use any courier company, please provide us with a bill of lading number at support@muchenworld.shop.

3.When we receive the products, we will activate the refund process, which will take about 14-20 working days.

 

Delay or non-receipt of a refund amount (if applicable)

If you have not received the refund amount, seek assistance from your bank. Then contact the issuer of the card, as it may take time to receive the amount on the card.

Product return:

We will order a box at our expense, ONLY if the product is damaged or defective, and we will establish this.

The amount of your order will be refunded, except for the delivery amount. 

Orders are not placed by mail, we do not take responsibility in case of loss of the shipment.

If you return an order of more than 350, we recommend that you use a tracking method or shipment insurance.
